Dr. Avuyile Mguga is a highly qualified and dedicated specialist in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, with a subspecialty in Gynaecological Oncology. He obtained his MBChB from Walter Sisulu University in 2014, laying a strong foundation for his medical career. His passion for women’s health led him to pursue further qualifications, including a Diploma in Obstetrics from the Colleges of Medicine of South Africa (CMSA) in 2016.
He went on to achieve the Fellowship of the College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FCOG) through the CMSA in 2021 and completed his Master of Medicine (MMed) in Obstetrics and Gynaecology at Walter Sisulu University in 2022. Most recently, in 2024, he earned his subspecialist qualification in Gynaecological Oncology through the CMSA.
Dr. Mguga is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care, with a particular focus on the diagnosis and management of gynaecological cancers. He brings a wealth of expertise, empathy, and dedication to improving the health and well-being of his patients.
